In this course you will find the description of the wine tasting techniques, and the method to carry out the visual, olfactory and gustatory examination of three types of wines: White, rosé and red, explanaied in a way that is easy to remember.
We will explain what wine is, how and why to smell the cork.
What are the 3 reasons why you hold the glass by the stem, and how to choose a wine in the restaurant.
You will also find a small guide to the rationale for correctly combining food and wine.
In this course, we use technical terms that we will explain to you in an easy way, so that you can fully understand them and use them competently.
